Trajectory Descriptor Fields

Proposed a novel application of neural descriptor fields for obtaining SE(3)-equivariant representations of object manipulation trajectories. Successfully learned and replicated demonstrations via energy function integration and trajectory loss optimization. [Read Paper]

English-German Language Translation

Implemented and trained RNN-Seq2Seq, LSTM-Seq2Seq, and Transformer-based models with multi-head self-attention. Improved existing architectures, performed hyperparameter tuning, and achieved final perplexity of 23.51 on the Multi30K dataset.

Retinal Blood Vessel Segmentation

Optimized U-Net segmentation model to be ~35% more lightweight and heavily pre-processed to make up for it. Achieved an accuracy of 94.35% with a dice score of 0.87 on the DRIVE dataset.
